Will I get my order on time?We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 1.00pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day. A majority of UK orders take between 3 and 5 days for standard delivery, but as a general rule for UK customers it is best to place your order at least 7 days before your party, for delivery overseas please to allow at least 14 days.

What will happen if an item is out of stock?We aim to keep all items in stock, but on an occasion where an item is out of stock we will notify you and you can choose from one of the following options.
- Send out your order without the item and forward it when it is back in stock, at no extra cost to you.
- Send the whole order when the item is back in stock. Or
- If you wish, you can cancel the item and receive a refund.

Do you accept payment by cheque?Yes. We do accept cheques. Your order will be dispatched only when your cheque has been cleared, this can take up to 7 working days.
To be sure your order arrives on time, please place your order at least 14 days before your party when paying by cheque.
