How to buy from this site

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Yes, we do ship overseas, delivery rates are calculated according to the destination of the parcel, all overseas parcels are sent by international courier for the best possible service and are fully trackable.

Will I get my order on time?

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 1.00pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day. A majority of UK orders take between 3 and 5 working days for standard delivery, but as a general rule for UK customers it is best to place your order at least 7 working days before your party, for delivery overseas please to allow at least 7 working days.

What will happen if an item is out of stock?

We aim to keep all items in stock, but on an occasion where an item is out of stock we will notify you and you can choose from one of the following options.

• Send out your order without the item and forward it when it is back in stock, at no extra cost to you.
• Send the whole order when the item is back in stock. Or
• If you wish, you can cancel the item and receive a refund.

Do you accept payment by cheque?

Yes. We do accept cheques. Your order will be dispatched only when your cheque has been cleared, this can take up to 7 working days.

To be sure your order arrives on time, please place your order at least 14 days before your party when paying by cheque.
