Long ago several magical jewels were taken from the 'Crown of Dawn' otherwise known as the Corona Aurora to prevent two brothers Moltor and Flurious obtaining them.
Now the Rangers, joined by a Mercurian named Tyzzon who joined their ranks as the Mercury Ranger, have to fight villains and travel all over the world to capture the jewels before their enemies can.
